Hot Cocoa:Combine 2 teaspoons of NOW® Organic Cocoa Powder, 2 teaspoons of unprocessed sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup organic milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Place sugar, cocoa, and water into a saucepan on medium heat.
-Allow for mixture to reach a soft boil.
-Add milk and heat for an additional 3 minutes.
-Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
-Serve warm and enjoy!

This product is so potent that when I made hot cocoa the first time I used it I measured 2 heaping teaspoons full. It was way too strong and could not be made sweet. Now I only use less than a spoonful and it is delicious and really RICH. The size pictured should last a year with normal use. I mix it into cake mix for a rich chocolate taste or just use it with coffee for a Moca effect. Even with cake I would suggest only a few teaspoons to the whole mix. This product is AWESOME!! No sugar needed in my shake and it changes it up dramatically! I'll be back!
