Daily supplement of iodine to aid thyroid funtion
I am in my mid seventies and have had a sluggish thyroid for some years that i thought may be was the problem causing unwanted weight gain. I have now taken iodine as a supplement for some years as potassium iodide but was attracted to the idea of this mineral as a supplement from a natural plant source like Kelp. I thought in this form it amy be more absorbable.
